New Shoes & the British Museum NOT...

Yesterday we decided to visit the British Museum in London, we have always wanted to go and we found out they had a really cool exhibit about one of Iran's kings & his time as the ruler, Shah Abbas, he was not that cool, since some things that he did changed the face of Persia not in very good ways & forever...but the art & artifacts from the era are amazing...anyway long story short we got there too late and instead spent the day shopping on Oxford Street in London...it was like walking in a tossed human salad, there were so many many people out, both visitors & locals, perhaps it was that bit of elusive sunshine that had decided to show itself, in any case we had an awesome day exploring & shopping...

I got myself the shoes you see above, they are made by Fly London which is a great shoe company, kind of reminds me of Dr. Marten's shoes made for fun girls who want to look good and be comfortable...the British Museum will have to wait for another day... we had a great Sat, hope you did too... Shame you didn't make the museum but those shoes more than make up for it! They look so comfy and what a beautiful green.

Oxford Street on a Saturday is indeed a bit of a nightmare. Too. Many. people.
