Forgot to show Bead Soup Beads...

I have been so busy these past two weeks, we had several birthdays, a trip to Reno to see Bill Maher, mom having knee surgery...well you know as they say life happens...so I got this very yummy bead soup from Jeanette Blix weeks ago but failed to show a picture of them, I just love the ceramic beads, all that sterling & the gorgeous goddess focal & amazing oval shape clasp...I have been working on some ideas, but I decided to go with something totally different than my sketch shows...so you have to wait and see the results on March 3rd when the blog hop is on...

Bead Soup #5 & New Beads...

Happy February all...life here has been good, lots of unseasonable sunshine to play in...I have made lots of beads that I will be listing for you in the next few days, some have already been listed in my etsy shop... photo teaser below...if you see something you want let me know I will send you a paypal invoice...

Lets talk Bead Soup: as many of you know the fabulous Lori Anderson of Pretty Things puts together the best blog hop bead soup party ever...this is the 5th one. I got lucky & got paired up with the very talented Jeanette Blix. I have to say I am both excited & a bit worried, Jeanette's work is well known & featured in many great publications, excited to see what she makes with the bead soup I sent her, mystery photo below. Worried I wont do justice to the soup she is sending me, I got the focal today & it is so gorgeous, a handmade pewter goddess from Mamacita Beadworks... the big blog hop will be on March 3rd, make sure you stop by & check out 200 blogs...sorry you can not see what I sent her until later...

Bead Giveaway: The first bead of 2012 goes to the lovely Melissa Meman... for this (week/month what ever it will end up being) giveaway I have the yummy red murrini bead above in Turquoise & Black dots enter to win it by making a comment on this blog...maybe you can tell me what your favorite colors are to work with this season...

Thanks so much for stopping by...life is good...
