Question & the Tooth...

Hi all...as you may have read the last post, we are back from Turkey...on our last day there, I somehow managed to damage my tooth that was under a crown for the past 10 years, long story short, if you ever need emergency health care while on vacation, you want to be traveling in Turkey...the place we went to was awesome, they took care of me & sent me home to my dentist...I already love the Turkish people, Turkish food & Turkey in General, now I am loving their health care system too, it makes the health care system and facilities in America look like the 3rd world...

On to beads & the question, first of all, I have some new beads just listed on etsy...click here to see the yummy www.jelvehdesigns.etsy.com

Second, answer this question here on the blog by way of a comment:

What 2 or 3 color combo you are looking for most in glass beads right now... you will be entered to win the yummy large flower focal(16x22mm)with the Bali Silver beads in the photo above...one entry per person, hubby will pick the winner by 3pm California time on Friday the 19th of September.

Thanks for stopping by...

Jelveh

Peace

Welcome back. Glad to hear the dental issue worked out and that you enjoyed you trip. :o)

There are a number of color combos that I really enjoy. My favorite would have to be LIME & AQUA (or any shade of blue).

hi all, yup the tooth is now gone...it was really sad to let it go, I thought I had saved it 10 years ago, only to find out I have had an infection of sorts in it for as long as I have had the crown...never knew about it, never felt pain, sometimes would, but I thought that was the way all crowns worked, this being my only one...
so now I have to get an implant, which I think I might go back to Turkey for, my next class there is in April 2009...and I got friends who like to hang out with me...
we shall see...
keep playing the game, you have got till Firday afternoon to enter to win the flower bead...

Hi Jelveh! It sounds like you had a fantastic experience all around in Turkey. I do hope my hubby and I will be able to travel when our kids are a little older!

I would love to see some turquoise and black beads. You could even throw in some red or green with it too. I really think black just makes the other colors pop!

Keep up the beautiful work and I hope your tooth is better!

Hi.... interesting tooth story. Makes me VERY interested in other health care systems. So many people think America has the best of everything...
Lets see, how about dark brown, amber, and silver? Fall is here....

Hi Jelveh! This is Maria Joao from Lisbon calling !?!?
Sad tooth story, humm?! A lot like mine too! I've been working on a ex-crowned one, desperately trying to save it, as I'm terrified with implants!!
Anyway, I'm glad you had a lovely trip to Turkey, and we're glad to have you back!
I would like to get some dark orange, amber and olive green, pretty autumn like!!
Take good care of you and hubby in UK. xxx

Hi Jelveh,

The trip to Turkey sounds exotic and fun. I can relate to the tooth story, never fun to have issues away from home. Glad it turned out so well.

I think a nice blue color, such as the blue iris from Pantone, with some lovely gold's or brown's for fall. Maybe just a touch of orange or red to set it off.

Hi, just found your site while searching for lampwork beads. Wonderful work! To enter I must say this time of years I am lloking for Fall colors of Rust, Pumpkin Orange, and Rich Golden Yellow. Autumn - my favorite time of year, crisp cool weather and beautiful color everywhere I look.

I'm always drawn to blue and white/silver beads... but also to really bright colour combos like a blue and lime green - something funky!

I know that you all had a wonderful reunion with your family from Iran. Is not easy being separated from people you love. Sorry about your tooth, but it sounds like you were very well taken care of. I've always loved your pink beads with any combination, but I've really gravitated toward the browns and ambers with a touch of a bright color to set it off. Have a great weekend Carolyn, Fla.

Hi Jelveh,
I am glad you had such a wonderful trip and could spend time with your family. There is nothing more important than family. I have been liking tourquiose and browns lately. They are earthy colors and can be worn with just about anything. I love your beads.

hi
Color combos I look for are lavenders, mint greens and pinks. I think these colors look awesome together. I like the pinks to be darker ( like rubino oro).
I am glad you enjoyed your trip.I hope it was awesome for you.
